Summary About the Position: Serve as the Branch Chief for Systems Integration within the Real Property Asset ManagementDivision, Operations Directorate, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS, G-9). Responsibilities Serve as the Branch Chief for Systems Integration within the Real Property Asset Management Division. Conduct analytical studies of concepts, policies, systems, and procedures relating to Army installation management. Coordinate with functional subject matter experts and subordinate commands, to integrate existing initiatives that sustain operations. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates based on priorities. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes includes providing technical expertise related to real property and/or master planning; conducting analysis to produce data for systems; analyzing data to respond to inquiries from agencies; and directing the development and/or execution of Installation Management Systems for accountability of real property. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Decision Making Leadership Organizational Performance Analysis Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14). Education Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct deposit of pay is required.
