Purpose of your role
To complete the activation of private client profile registrations, remaining compliant with regulatory guidelines at all times and to follow up with clients diligently to work towards both individual and group conversion targets. This includes providing a high level of customer assistance to help facilitate international payments, including pricing and the execution of foreign exchange transactions.
An outstanding Client Manager – Consumer understands their client needs, articulates the OFX value proposition and uses relevant financial market insight to add value to their customers. The candidate is well accustomed and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment ensuring consistent seamless transactions are delivered.
