This is a newly created position in which you will work alongside our managers and team leaders in the day to day operation of the Holiday Park.
This is a hands-on position, and the successful applications should have a can-do attitude and not be afraid of getting stuck in and help wherever needed. We are looking for someone motivated with fabulous customer service skills to assist our onsite managers with the daily operations of the Holiday Park. You will be responsible for all areas of the day to day running of this busy holiday park, including reception and reservation duties, grounds, housekeeping/cleaning, shop, laundry, Night duty/security, and maintenance of the Holiday Park.
The successful applicant must be prepared to live onsite. An accommodation unit is available or space for a campervan can be provided.
The Below experience is preferred but not essential for the right applicants with a great can-do attitude:

-Ability to multi-task, show good initiative, and a calm demeanour under pressure.
-An outgoing positive personality with strong decision-making skills.
-Excellent oral & written communication skills.
-Have an eye for detail and a high standard of professionalism.
-Excellent computer skills.
-Have a good reliable work ethic ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to self-manage
-Willingness to learn and train other staff members if required.
-Accommodation / Tourism industry experience a bonus.
-Full driver’s license a bonus
-Able to work weekend and outside normal business hours.
-Excellent organisational skills
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Must pass criminal check on request
In return you will receive:
– A base hourly rate of $22.70 + $1.00 per hour bonus (On completion of Fixed term – Terms and Conditions apply) + 8% Holiday pay ($1.80).
