Due to continued investment in becoming a technology empowered health business and bridging a closer connection to the society, they have created a new headcount to oversee the digitalisation of health. This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the ideal candidate would be expected to drive change and play a very strategic role, working alongside other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for leading a team to drive digital business strategies in healthcare business, and uplifting subsidiaries digital capabilities. This includes identifying growth drivers to enable delivery of digital initiatives with business impact to build and establish organization towards being a well-rounded healthcare solution.

• Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in the insurance, medical services, or management consulting industry serving the health services industry
• Demonstrable experience in transformation/ digitalisation, strategic development and successful implementation of business strategies towards technology
• Good business mindset, strategic and tactical thinker
• Proven experience in working with third parties and managing relationships
• Adept with digital distribution and product innovation
• Comfortable with working with technology
