This Front and Back Office Assistant role supports the operations of our Townhome Community in Twin Falls, as the face and support of the property for building and maintaining great relationships with residents, team members, and customers!
You are responsible for showing apartments, maintaining an organized environment, complete administrative needs, submit work orders, participate in the technician team with light cleaning and apartment move-in preparation, and will be the main point of contact for customers. You are the face of the property and responsible for building and maintaining great supports to residents and customers!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Opening and closing the office, answering phones and emails, addressing messages and inquiries from residents and customer prospects interested in apartment homes.
· Showing apartments, leasing apartments, and preparing move-in paperwork.
· Inspecting vacant apartment homes and prepare for their upcoming occupancy.
· Walk apartments prior to move-in to ensure readiness for move-in; Perform move-in inspection.
· Process work order requests for current residents.
· Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of office, both inside and out, including ensuring the grounds are free of clutter and trash.
· Assisting with light repairs of prior to new residents moving in.
· Working closely with the office manager and technician team lead to provide support as needed.
· Ensure property grounds stay clean by walking property weekly, picking up trash as necessary.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
Teamwork oriented with the ability to support a variety of needs that may arise spontaneously.
Proficient in writing, speaking, and communicating in-person, on the phone, virtually, and through email.
Ability to influence, using sales and closing skills
Support customers concerns, overcome objections, and maintaining a supporting and positive attitude at all times.
