Salary Range: 15.50 – 21.39 Hourly

Customer Data Stewardship Specialists are responsible for the review and validation of Payer, Case Management, Physician and Employer data requests. Associates maintain accurate data in One Call’s databases; including, but not limited to: Compass, Oracle, Fuse, Smiles, Phoenix, Salesforce, Polaris, Profisee, and future databases. Responds to inquiries through cases, emails, and VOIP calls interdepartmentally.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Stewardship: 80%

• Evaluate, verify, and execute requests for data changes throughout the company
• Create, update, or deactivate new and existing records for payers, adjusters, case management companies, nurse case managers, employers, and doctors
• Manage multiple systems and reports to maintain data governance and quality controls
• Realign and/or merge data records and claims as requested

Administrative: 20%

• Communicate interdepartmentally for questions, updates and support.
• Perform system searches to review data and/or find a source of truth.
• Run open claim reports in SQL to identify realignment opportunities.
• Review and research project-oriented work for cleanup efforts and testing.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Experience in Data Entry and/or Healthcare Office support.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience a plus.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Minimum – 40 WPM and – 8,000 Keystrokes Per Hour.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Able to problem solve, multitask and work independently.
