Job Responsibilities:
- Perform month end financial closing and reporting
- Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules
- Prepare Journal vouchers and data entries
- Prepare and submit GST returns
- Support daily operation of in Finance, Human Resource and Admin
- Issue invoices and process payments
- Handle HR and general administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- With relevant experience in accouting and human resource
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Good knowledge in QuickBooks Accounting System would be advantageous
- Able to work independently and as a team to support each other
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Working location: Pandan road (Company transport provided)
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon – Fri: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
