One Wealth Management Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Job Brief:

One Wealth Management is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide online support to our customers. In this role, you will field calls, emails, and chat requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our services. We prefer candidates who have some background in customer service or administrative assistant, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers

• Answer questions or handle complaints from customers

• Field phone calls, emails, and chat requests

• Provide information to customers about order status

• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies

• Additional administrative duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience a plus

• Computer knowledge is required (Word, Excel, Email)

• Experience with corporate phone systems or switchboard preferred

Pay: $19-$25 Per Hour
