We are seeking a motivated and driven Customer Experience Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management with a focus on customer centric activation and the ability to work closely with cross functional teams. As a Customer Experience Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the One Voice Program Manager to execute high-level program strategies and drive enterprise CX programming, surveys, and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing global surveys and formal listening posts while driving cross-functional participation.
• Project manage new survey requests from survey intake, design, analysis to execution.
• Partner with One Voice Manager to create a formal tollgate process for survey execution.
• Establish learning objectives with business stakeholders
• Partner with One Voice platform administration to scope new listening posts and processes.
• Support monthly agile meetings with existing survey and listening post leaders.
• Monitor customer feedback channels to identify trends and root causes.
• Support cross-functional teams in strategy focused on developing and implementing an improved customer experience.
• Provide relevant content for the onsemi OneVoice SharePoint site, all content and reporting contained in it.
• Plan and activate onsemi’s CX Week activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 4 years of communication and project management experience.
• Analytical skills and experience working with data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to facilitate and lead project team meetings with global stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills.
