Opportunity, Inc. is currently on the lookout for a caring and compassionate team lead in our in-home care program.

• Hours: 2-10 pm include every other weekend rotation

• Training Bonus: $200.00

• Hiring Bonus: $1,600.00 (paid out in 4 payments during first year

• Starting Pay: $14 – $17 based on experience

As a Team Lead, this position is responsible for setting a good example for co-workers, maintaining good attendance, responsible and possessing a positive attitude. Assists developmentally, physically, and cognitively disabled adult individuals by providing personal cares, self-care training, implementation of behavior management plans, and accompanying support during social/recreational opportunities, either in the client’s own home or the community at large. This position is responsible for the quality assurance of clients which includes but is not limited to treating residents with respect, assuring them of their rights, and providing them a safe environment to live in.

Position Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Driving positions require one to have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, proof of personal vehicle insurance, and a good driving record

• Care working experience preferred but not required
