Optimus Properties, LLC (www.optimuspropertiesllc.com), a Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This dynamic, well-established, real estate company is seeking an organized, hard-working assistant. Please send your resume if you meet all of the qualifications listed below.
Responsibilities Include:
· Maintain existing electronic filing system
· Provide support to executives and management team
· Draft and mail office correspondence
· Maintain office supply inventory
· Receive and sort mail
· Answer phones
· Light personal assistant duties
· Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of Administrative Experience
· College Degree
· Knowledge of MS Office Software
Compensation/Benefits:
· $25/hour
