Job Description

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client’s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan. Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Customer Support team of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is seeking a mid to senior level experienced resource to function as a Customer Success Manager and partner with our customers in a consultative role focused on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and eCommerce solution areas. The primary purpose of this role is to use ERP and eCommerce experience and skills to interact with customers to advise as to best practices and support post implementation solution projects. The role involves recurring working sessions with the customer, translating business requirements into workable solutions and designs, and account management.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide NetSuite ERP and eCommerce consultation to customers

• Comfortable with leading frequent conference / video conference calls with internal and external customers

• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders both written and verbally

• Manage all open tasks from inception through completion

• Document customer business requirements and articulate high-level solutions to the customer

• Act in an advisory role by interacting with the customer and understanding business requirements and to provide guidance to the customer

• Solve issues by utilizing analytical and problem solving skills and working as a team

• Collaborative effectively with internal and external team stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications include:

• NetSuite SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced product solution implementation or administration experience preferred. NOTE – competitive ecommerce platform experience will be considered.

• Knowledge and business acumen in the areas of Retail and/or Wholesale Distribution and/or Manufacturing vertical ERP solutions.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Consulting role experience a plus.

• NetSuite solution certification a plus.

Travel:

• Modest to moderate, as appropriate.
