We are searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Data Entry Specialist. You will be helping the team with various tasks revolving around the data produced by the organization. This is an unpaid internship/volunteer position for college credit/service hours.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Manage tracking and documentation of book inventory, data entry, database maintenance, reporting, performing mergers, queries, and pulling lists, as needed

• Perform and ensure proper entry of all data (books, demographic information, etc.)

• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate projects and keep them on track

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills; attention to detail is a must

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate clearly

• Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest professional and ethical standards

Experience:

• SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excel: 1 Year (Preferred)

Commitment: Part-time 5-10 hours per week
