Job Description

PAC Outsourcing LLC, a busy political compliance firm in Alexandria, VA is seeking a part-time Data Entry Specialist. This position will require 25-30 hours per week: Monday – Friday, 9-5pm. The ideal candidate will be dependable and hardworking while maintaining a great attitude and work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate financial records in Cision/Vocus database. Enter PAC contribution receipts, manage payroll deductions and process check contributions
• Format data using Microsoft Excel and reconcile entries
• Create and compile time sensitive reports for staff and clients
• Provide general administrative support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional experience
• Strong computer, data entry and database management skills
• Proven ability in basic accounting principles and manipulating Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines with exceptional attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
