Pacer Staffing Hiring for Associate HR representative at Remote Full Time

Duties:

• The TA Assoc Representative acts as the first point of contact for TA HR Solutions inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
• This role executes processes, delivers services, and conducts the day-to-day operations in the Talent Acquisition pillar of our HR Solutions team.
• The Assoc Representative is empowered to support and perform transactional activities required to enable HR business processes and drive a best-in-class employee and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Quality review of candidate and requisition data.
• Manage the scheduling of interviews for candidates, as well as the reimbursement of candidate expenses.
• Act as first point-of-contact for all TA inquiries, with an employee-centric mindset, expressing empathy in customer service delivery to create a positive, memorable experience for every customer.
• Delegate and escalate inquiries as appropriate but remain responsible for the TA case through completion by tracking progress and providing continuous feedback to requestors on status of their inquiries.
• Administer TA tasks and activities, as assigned.
• Engage in improving HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content for TA, based on their user experience.
• Looking for candidate with recruiting coordinator, TA coordinator experience.
• Experience in Outlook and Heavy Calendaring

Skills:

• Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite and HR systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
• Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to Human Resources administration
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and HR systems (e.g Peoplesoft, Taleo, Kronos)
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fact paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field Preferred
• Or Associate’s Degree or equivalent in or related field, with 2 years of related experience required
• Or H.S. Diploma or equivalent, and 4 years of related experience required

Pay: $21.00 per hour
