Padspin Looking for Administrative Assistant at Remote Full Time

Padspin.com is a NYC based real estate tech company focused on making housing more affordable and accessible. Through our App you can tour an apartment live with the outgoing tenant from anywhere in the world on your phone and then push a button and it’s yours. We believe housing is a human right and everything we do here is to make getting a home easier and cheaper for all.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform independently in setting objectives and determining how to proceed.
• Organized and computer savvy.
• 4 year college degree (preferred).
• 1-2 years of customer phone and email support preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right person
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very high attention to detail, and be extremely organized.
• Positive outlook and attitude.
• Strong work ethic and history of accomplishment.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
