Job Description
The successful home learning coordinator will be expected to:
- Create learning support for venerable and complex pupils
- Carry out administration, data and finance tasks
- Work with the recruitment team to match students with the appropriate tutor
- Provide excellent customer service to a range of individuals
- To support with the induction and training of qualified and unqualified tutors
The Successful Applicant
The successful home learning coordinator will have:
- Worked with children/ young people with complex needs
- Good customer service skills
- Competency using IT systems such as word packages
- Knowledge of CRM systems
