As a starting wage, you will earn $18.15/hr+, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. Upon advancement to ‘Warehouse II’ – Pay will increase to $19.50/hr. In addition to our starting pay, you will receive a benefits package fit for a true owner. For example, in 2020 an employee making $18.15/hr averaged over $12,000 in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). *Future contributions will depend on company performance and total compensation*

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for our day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm / Monday-Friday (Overtime Required As Business Dictates)

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected
• Reviewing production tickets to identify and locate material and quantities to be used in production
• Performing general housekeeping duties
• Identifying and correcting any potential safety hazards
• Unloading, counting, tagging, recording, and putting away all incoming material
• Moving materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers
• Organizing material and maintaining storage areas in a safe, clean, efficient manner
• Comparing packing slips to actual material received for all incoming freight
• Other duties as assigned

Our products are large, bulky building materials that require special handling and physically moving product (Up to 75 lbs). This is not a typical pick/pack operation.
