Panera Bread Looking for Analyst, Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) at Greater St. Louis Full Time

Panera Bread is actively seeking a Analyst, Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) to join our innovative Enterprise Technology team to help build next generation systems that will support our bakery cafes.

Preferred candidates will be based in the St. Louis market.

Duties & Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Works in all phases of software development; from gathering requirements, responding to outages, creating applications, etc.
• Working with and learning about a wide range of technologies within a strong team environment.
• Participates in design meetings and consults with business clients to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs, interact and sometimes direct third-party partners in business and technology initiatives.
• Independently installs, customizes, and integrates commercial software packages with passion and gusto.
• Resolves complex technical design issues.
• Creates system documentation/playbook (s) and participates as a reviewer and contributor in requirements, design, and code reviews.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on development techniques.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Qualifications include:

• 1+ years’ experience in ServiceNow development and with CSM PRO.
• Knowledge with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence
• Experience deploying applications, building out catalog items/workflows, and configuring integrations
• JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS development and debugging skills are a must
• Experience writing RESTful APIs and middle tier code
• Working knowledge how configuration management factors into the ITIL framework
• Strongly preferred ServiceNow Developer Certification
