This is a British multinational electricity and gas utility company headquartered in London, England. In the Northeastern United States the company produces and supplies electricity and gas, providing both to customers in New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

• Very soft collections (no outbound calling)

• Set up payment arrangements

• Inbound calls from customers who are trying to avoid service disruption

• They have received some sort of notice that they need to pay on their account, or they may be disconnected

Requirements:

1 year of call center experience – preferred experience in collections but not required

Hours of Operation:

M-F 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-5pm EST

Training Length/Hours: M-F 8am-5pm EST (two weeks “in class” and two weeks of nesting)

Assignment Length:

Direct Hire

Pay:

$15.00/HR

100% Remote

Equipment:

Shipped a week before class starts and includes two monitors, desktop computer, headset, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and associated wires/cords.

Webcam Expectations:

Must be on camera 100% of training – will not be on camera with customers

Background and Drug Screening:

Must be able to clear BG
