Key Function:

To support category team in delivering revenue goals

To be a key point of contact for US and other International offices

To represent ViacomCBS to our external partners Principal Accountabilities

Sales

Lead the distribution of key sales information to key partners/potential partners

Support category teams to prepare and build sales decks for key meetings

Support senior director in researching and identifying potential new business leads and meetings Partner & Product Management

Collate, form and own the licensee product image & sample database

Ensure key partner contact and mailing lists are maintained

Work with licensees to ensure team have key product samples Internal Communications

Be the key internal point of contact for UK and international offices

Responsible for fortnightly team updates and share-out to US office

Responsible for brand updates and UK performance updates to US office Financial :

Support category team ensuring financial KPI’s are being hit and that partners on time with royalty statement submissions & payments Legal:

Support category team in fortnightly legal meetings, ensuring deals are routing in a timely manner.

Support category teams in inputting and routing deals through systems and legal.

Track contract end dates to ensure category team are starting contract renewals 6 months ahead of end date Retail:

Work closely with insights & analytics team to capture licensee ASINS that facilitate reliable EPOS and sell through data

Work with the retail team on regular retailer reviews and researching key trends Competitor analysis

Establish regular competitor analysis to understand competitor partners, products, marketing activity and retail distribution.

Work with the retail team to conduct retail reviews. Creative approvals

Manage the creative approval process for 3rd party represented brands – liaising with both licensees and brand owner Trade Show & Events

Work closely with marketing teams on invites and organization of trade shows from invitations, to RSVP’s and event management Ad hoc department administrative support

Responsible for maintaining internal key retail & category meeting calendar for VP

Support the team on adhoc projects Team & Culture:

Demonstrate an expansive and collaborative mind-set when working with all partners

Champion and promote the needs of licensees within broader ViacomCBS organization (UK and Global)

Enthusiasm and interest in media, consumer products and licensing. Principal Skills:
