As a key member of the team, you will be coordinating resources and managing workloads to ensure the smooth operation of customer migrations from existing on-premise delivery to our new Connected service offering.

As a key member of the team, you will be coordinating resources and managing workloads to ensure the smooth operation of customer migrations from existing on-premise delivery to our new Connected service offering.
Through the effective management of resources available, the Operations Co-Ordinator will work with the Migrations Team Leader to ensure that the team runs efficiently and effectively. This work will be measured on a weekly and monthly basis by set performance targets and KPIs. The Operations Co-ordinator’s priority will always be customer/business requirements and team effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the resources diaries and booking of customer and Sales organisation migration requests.
- Co-ordinate the resources across technical consultant, hosting, project managers and clients to ensure the best match of skills sets and that needs are met.
- Receive, log and process enquiries from customers for the smooth operation of customer migrations.
- Process all paperwork ensuring clients and consultants have the correct confirmation relating to agreed dates in a timely manner.
- Keep resource tracking spreadsheets up to date and send out a daily sales orders to chase to the sales team.
- Work as part of the team, providing cover for colleagues when required and contributing to the knowledge of team colleagues.
- Follow agreed procedures and working practices relating to professional services
- Work towards targets on a monthly basis and KPI’s as set out by the Migrations Team LeaderAny other tasks set out by the Migrations Team Leader which will be linked to business requirements and/or customer needs.
- Understand, and facilitate the team in achieving team resource utilisation and migration targets.
