Parkside Center for Nursing and Rehab, is currently seeking a Full-time Social Worker Assistant to join our team!

The Social Worker Assistant is responsible for assisting case managers, social workers, supervisors and program director in the provision of case management services

• Answer telephone, take messages and properly direct calls to appropriate staff members.
• Follow up on “no answer” reports, regarding home-delivered meals clients who did not respond to drivers’ attempts to deliver meals.
• Enter client data into funding source’s software.
• Maintain organized system of client files.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Long Term Care experience (prefer)
• Experience in clerical and office skills.
• Good verbal and written command of the English Language.
• Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to multi-task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
