The Company

We are a supplier of the finest quality, and have the widest range, of memorial headstones and plaques throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

As a customer focussed person here is a fantastic opportunity for you to meet customers, listen to their requirements, build a rapport, help recommend a solution exceeding their expectations, and maintain follow up throughout the memorial process.

The role

• Although based in Onehunga you will have a key Sales role in supporting the Auckland branches; acting as back-up in busy periods and at times to cover any branch absences 
• Administration support for the sales process; including customer liaison regarding cemeteries, plots, headstone wording, and finance options

Skills and experience

• The key attributes you will bring to this role are your empathy and patience, and your ability to relate to people and provide them with an enduring solution
• Some previous sales experience, together with administration support, especially of higher value personalised products and services, would be a big advantage to you
