Salary: $42,800 – $55,300 per year

Parts & Pieces has been designing and manufacturing all kinds of wood based products since 1986. Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to work with lots of great architects, general contractors, designers, and retailers. And that has given us exposure to lots of different products, including cabinets and casework, architectural millwork, and all kinds of custom retail store fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reception area communications, both internally and externally, to maintain office professionalism
• Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment (copier, fax machine, folding machine etc.), layout/arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities
• Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced office workload
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Assist and participate as needed in special department projects and events
• Additional duties, special projects and responsibilities as assigned
