At Parts R Us PartsWorld we’re obsessed with cars and specialise in the dismantling and recycling of VW, BMW, Audi, Range Rover, Porsche, Mercedes and Mini vehicles. We are NZ owned and operated and in growth mode so we need another full time Sales Advisor to join our passionate, dedicated and fun team!

This role is responsible for the facilitation of sales transactions of all orders to customers. Customer Service is our number one priority and as such, this role is accountable for ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to every customer. The role owns the customer journey from start to finish, from the customers first request for a product through to post purchase satisfaction and handling any returns if necessary. 

Role responsibilities

In coordination with your sales colleague, you will:

• Manage front of house customer service including the incoming flow of all sales requests, phone calls, emails and walk in sales.
• Sell, negotiate and make deals over the phone and trade counter.
• Source (from our own stock or suppliers) and process all customer orders.
• Use our easy to use stock system to search for parts, provide quotes and create invoices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Communicate with workshop and dispatch colleagues to ensure that customer orders meet our timely and efficient delivery objectives.

Your key skills and experience:

• European automotive experience is not essential but will be an advantage as will a passion for cars.
• You have a customer service centric attitude.
• You’re eager to learn and are positive and enthusiastic.
• You are reliable and have high personal standards.
• You’re a team player and won’t be afraid to get your hands dirty to provide support across the business where necessary.
