Position Overview

As a Product Manager at PartsTrader, you’ll be responsible for delivering solutions that thrill our customers and grow our business. You’ll be data led, completing research, and gathering analytics to guide your team’s product decisions. You’ll work collaboratively with your team and the business to develop solutions, and then use success metrics to ensure they are delivering the intended results. 

Most of all you’ll be a passionate voice for our customers and what they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Product Practice Lead and Head of Product to create and maintain a strong product portfolio based on business objectives and key results. 
• Take ownership of your team’s product backlog and promote a pragmatic delivery strategy focused on delivering value to customers, both internal and external. 
• Engage with our customers to conduct solution research to ensure your team are armed with the right information to create high value solutions. 
• Collaborate with your team to specify epics and stories with sufficient discussion and acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery.  
• Work with your team to monitor and measure the success of each product initiative and whether it is achieving the targeted business objective. 
• Work in an agile environment that focus on delivering value, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Manage your own performance and staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years commercial experience in Product Management with a proven track record of successful product outcomes, ideally in a B2B setting. 
• Strong experience with Agile software delivery methodologies. 
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute Product strategies. 
• Demonstrated ability to complete product research, leverage prototypes, define product metrics and make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data. 
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute Go-To-Market strategies. 
• Demonstrated experience at ensuring continuous improvement.  
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills 
• Experienced in giving and receiving constructive feedback
