Project Control Analyst
As a rapidly growing business, we are looking for a Project Control Analyst to support our Program Management Team, Pricing, Contracts & Procurement, Finance and Accounting. Managers, Finance, Operations and Delivery Team. The individual will support the company using the company Unanet Financial and Management system to assist with employee data information, input of program plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements to include project tracking and reporting.
The individual will have analytical skills; excellent computer skills, good written and oral communication skills, exemplary work ethic and an understanding of the government contracting. The individual will have the opportunity to be trained and learn the Unanet Financial and Management System to support this position.
Responsibilities include:

• Interface with Program Management; Contracts & Procurement; Pricing; Finance & Accounting; and Corporate Management on a regular basis
• Project setup and updates in the company financial and management system
• Develops, implements and maintains a management reporting database to produce program control reports to assist the Corporate Team related to company financial data
• Ensures regular and timely reporting of the projects progress to advise of any conditions that might affect timelines or costs
• Assist Corporate Team with data input, reporting and analytics
• Assist Finance & Contract Team with input and review of client invoices
• Assist Finance with invoice reconciliation and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
• Input/update contract modifications in financial system working with contract team
• Input/update and track subcontractor invoices working with contract team
• Interact with Program Managers and project team and accounting staff on regular basis
• Assist Program Managers with cost and schedule for projects
• Prepare reports, project plans for Program Management, stakeholders and customers
• Track project against budget and actuals and provide status reports of progress
• Assist with employee time approvals, accruals and employee updates
• Manage and update in system new SCA WD documents are issued on contracts
• Manage and update in system new Per Diem rates
• Manage the file transfer from the XcelHR nightly feed into the Unanet system and validate employee status changes
• Work with XcelHR team on any discrepancies on labor, time or employee data as result of file transfer
• Assist the travel and expense team with surge work
• Maintain accurate data in Unanet ensuring accurate reporting contract and people reporting
• Complete special projects on an as needed basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to maintain high level of company sensitive data
• 1+ years Unanet Financial Management System experience required
• 2-5 years of proven experience directly related to working with project teams and corporate management
• Willingness to gain knowledge and understanding of government contracting and industry practices and requirements
• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent Excel capabilities and working with MS Office and Project
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond quickly and problem-solving
• PMP certification a plus
