Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Back-End Software Engineer. In this role, you will work closely with our senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient back-end systems. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement back-end systems
- Develop and maintain server-side code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Write efficient and scalable code that adheres to industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of back-end development principles and concepts
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Knowledge of web application frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, Express)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- A strong desire to learn and grow as a software engineer
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
