Responsibilities

This position directly supports the Sales Managers, National Account Manager, Business Development Manager of Merchant Accounts, and the Chief of Staff. This position will perform customer service activities for merchant sales including document collection, data entry, database maintenance, and sales support activities as requested.

• Data entry and database maintenance
• Support Sales Department
• Collect and review documents
• Upload and organize documents in sales portal
• Work with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Proficient verbal and written communication skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with key internal and external contacts
• Judgment and resourcefulness to solve problems independently
