As part of the Client Engagement team, we are a critical element of the digital marketing environment at Pega. We provide digital solutions to help our marketing teams intake, track, and get work done in the digital realm using a mix of our own software and other vendors. This team is smart, forward thinking and is expected to take mature ownership of their areas of coverage and expertise. We are trusted advisors who deliver solutions to meet business needs.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

You are responsible for the development of the organizations Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack. You serve as a super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital marketing tools. You drive forward the connection of systems to create an automated and streamlined marketing supply chain. You interact across all digital channels to ensure our technology investments are adopted and scaled.

What You’ll Do at Pega:

• Oversee the marketing technology roadmap for a connected supply chain

• Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital marketing tools/platforms

• Scale, roll out, and phase out platforms

• Evaluate business impact when rolling out new technology

• Ensure marketing technology is being utilized to its full potential

• Lead change management via Enablement Teams to ensure tech. stack is being utilized to its full potential

Who You Are:

You are operations-minded, self-motivated, energetic, smart, and engaging! You get excited about leveraging technology to drive efficiency. You’re a super-user of multiple platforms and you have served as Product Manager or have demonstrated ability to work with developers and business stakeholders. You enjoy working in agile/scrum or managing projects effectively in a marketing, sales, or IT department.

What You’ve Accomplished:

• 5+ years of professional experience in business operations area

• Marketing and Sales business acumen, leadership experience, and the ability to interact with business owners and technical developers

• Proven work experience in MarTech solutions and understanding of workflows, APIs, and automation

• Understanding of the architecture of an integrated marketing technology stack and developing systems that support and interact with one another

• Familiar with industry trends for marketing technology platforms and typical use cases of digital marketing platform implementations

• Ability to make well-informed decisions for complex problems that require interpretation

• Experience with Pega Platform and agile/scrum methodologies

• Knowledgeable of API management, journey mapping, website optimization, database management, lead generation, email marketing, paid media, social media, paid search, customer segmentation, automation, and search engine optimization
