Penhaligon’s Hiring for Education Intern (Translations & Project Support) Job at London, England , UK Full Time

We are currently looking for an Education Intern to join our Global Education team for Penhaligon’s based in London. In this role, you will translate brand education materials from English to Spanish as part of a project to facilitate training in Spanish. You will also support the broader HR & Education team with the implementation of projects.

Penhaligon’s is part of Puig, a family-owned beauty and fashion business based in Barcelona.

Education Intern Responsibilities:

• Translate brand education materials and tools from English to Spanish
• Produce high quality translations within deadlines
• Be the main point of contact for Spanish translations, liaising with the relevant stakeholders involved
• Create, use and maintain glossaries, terminology databases, style guides and translation memories
• Provide ad-hoc and project support to the HR & Education teams

You will have…

• Excellent command of the Spanish and English languages
• Demonstrated proficiency in composition, grammar, and syntax of both Spanish and English
• Experience in editing/reviewing copy
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Solid computer skills, and comfortable in the use of the MS Office suite
• An interest in the Fragrance and Luxury industries
