We are currently looking to expand our membership so that we can continue to build the relationships that have defined our company for over 85 years.

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a data entry clerk with opportunity for advancement in the company.

This person needs to have good Microsoft office skills and ability to work with others on team projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key driver payments upon receipts of notification from payroll department.

Key in all adjustments needed to maintain proper customer balance.

Check printed edits to insure payment batches balance, therefore, insuring proper credits to customer accounts.

Insure batches are logged, dated and filed in proper place and date order.

Maintain a complete and accurate computer printed customer list.

Key changes in customer status, i.e., charge to cash, cash to charge, address change, and minor changes

Follow-up on cash receipt log to be sure it is accurate and distributed to proper personnel at the end of the month.

Check to see that all keying is completed within 24 hours after receipt of all documents.

Log the A/R Daily Proof Book daily with totals from A/R transaction ledger and route collections.

At the end of the month, all data must be entered on last working day prior

to end of month to insure all data is entered and calculated on statement.

Perform and assist in other duties as deemed necessary by credit Manager.
