The Zone Assistant duties include customer service to customers and both Sales and Sales Ops teams, must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The Zone Assistant must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
Customer Service Responsibilities Include:
Employee Assistance – Sales and Sales Operations
Sales Accounting, Daily Paperwork, Warehouse Questions, etc…
Rewards & Recognition – Sales and Sales Operations
Gift Card Ordering, Meals, Tracking, etc…
HH/Equipment – Returns, etc…
Meeting Prep – Sales and Sales Operations
Masterfiles
Customer Call ins
Supply Ordering – Sales and Sales Operations
Maintenance Repairs, Vendor Coordination
Communication boards – Sales and Sales Operations
Mail/UPS/DHL/FEDEX
Coupon Distribution
Fleet (toll tags, registration)
Security (ID Badges, System Maintenance, etc…)
D&I Events – As One
1:1 – DSL Support in addition to personal 1:1
Help with Recruiting Events & Out Reach
Records Maintenance and Filing
Keeping federal posting boards updated and accurate for each district office
Revenue Audit
Employee Computer related support (i.e. IPads, IPhone, computers)
Behind the scenes support for RSR and SDL’s
Daily Reconciliation and verification process for sales organization
Tracking and communicating DOT documents needed from all Regulated DOT employees
Mastefiles Data Base
Zone Hand Held Support (i.e., batteries, HHDs, HH Printers, etc)
Meetings/Special Events prep.
Accounts Payables
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected salary range is $43,000.00-$46,000.00 yearly

Computer skills including expertise in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
