We hold a strong New Zealand footprint with our Bluebird products and currently have an exciting opportunity to lead our New Zealand Business as General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for the delivery of Strategic Growth Plans to accelerate top and bottom-line performance
• Drive top-Line business results to deliver against KPI’s
• Champion PepsiCo people processes that attract, develop and retain top talent
• Lead and develop short and long- term strategic plans of the business
• Represent the New Zealand business in all internal and external forums

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Minimum.
• Senior leadership experience heading sales and/or category teams, within FMCG environment, across both Grocery & Non- Grocery channels.
• Strong analytical skills
• A strong commercial background to drive top line sales
• Ability to influence in a matrix organisation
