Our company is looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining business files, organizing and managing all company records, as well as providing support to all staff in a professional, friendly manner. We’re looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and can work independently, with a primary focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key communicator with senior level employees, clients and vendors.
  • Must be computer savvy and able to learn multiple programs.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Work on special projects.
  • Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail in the completion of work.
  • Respond to requests quickly with quality work.
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced envoironment while meeting deadlines

Pay: $2,772.00 – $3,150.00 per month
