This is a great opportunity to work with Percussion Play’s newest addition to the family, We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate with outstanding customer relations skills to maintain a great rapport with our customers. This role is for someone enthusiastic, hard-working, and committed to great customer service.

Some of What You’ll do:

• Welcome and greet every customer

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly and tidy environment

• Answer customer phone calls in a courteous manner

• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service

• Provide administrative support for the store’s needs

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Experience working for an auto dealership, preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Professional work ethic and high integrity

• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
