Perfect Image Inc Hiring for Data Entry Clerk / Document Scanner at Kirkland, WA Full Time

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerks to type information into our database from scanned images. Candidates should have general computer knowledge and be a fast typist, be able multi-task and pay attention to detail. You will report to a data manager or another data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

Data entry is the main part of this job opening but there is also different types of scanning to be worked on. This is a full time position. Right now we are looking for swing shift (starting at 3pm). A part time shift from 3pm to 9pm is available for candidates that have excellent typing skills.

Skills

• Proven experience as data entry clerk
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel etc.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• Quickly learn new tasks
• Work independently
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Able lift 35lbs (a box of documents)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
