Perlman Clinic Hiring for Managed Care Specialist at Remote Full Time

Perlman Clinic is seeking a full-time Managed Care Specialist to join our team.

Role entails focusing on the day-to-day operations for our managed care contracts. Ensures cost effective and quality patient care by appropriate utilization of resources, provides direction to staff, and works on expansion opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Focuses on population health programs for patient and payor outcomes.
• Monitor utilization trends and conduct strategic assessments to develop utilization management programs that are aligned with clinical patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to drive expansion opportunities.
• Assists in developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and manages members’ care with hospital facilities and providers. Identifies risk management and quality of care issues across the continuum.
• Surfaces issues and any suggestions for managed care.
