As a Reward Specialist, you will work in the Reward Team as it cultivates the Bank¿s Reward Strategy Agenda. In your role you will advise the business in relation to all aspects of Reward and support the delivery and governance of a Total Reward Framework encompassing primary, performance based and career focused aspects of Reward and Recognition. You will process the Bank¿s annual performance pay and variable pay scheme in a highly regulated environment. You will have an insightful approach to analysing and providing data to support decision making, and utilizing your proficiency in data analysis, you will assist with salary benchmarking, pay modelling, the calculation of termination payments and the analysis of remuneration data for disclosure to the regulatory bodies.

Support the development and implementation of a Total Reward Framework for the Bank¿s offering to staff encompassing primary, performance based and career focused aspects of Reward, ensuring consistency and fairness in the organization.
Assist with the implementation of the annual PRP (Performance Related Pay) review process and annual Branch Based Commission Scheme (variable pay scheme)
Manage the compensation survey submission process, obtain insights and monitor market trends to deliver data driven insights and recommendations to ensure the Bank¿s reward strategy is cost effective, internally equitable and externally competitive.
Perform the Job Evaluation process, sizing individual roles based on the use of Hay methodology.
Coordinate the Material Risk Takers (MRT) Identification process and the remuneration data analysis for the remittance of annual Regulatory Reward Returns i.e. Pillar III, EBA, CBI returns.
Keep up to date with all relevant HR legislation and regulation with particular focus on the PTSB Regulatory Reward framework and our obligations and requirements as set by the European Banking Authority, the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and the Oireachtas, helping to ensure that our Reward policies and procedures remain compliant at all times.
Review Remuneration procedures and guidance documents on an annual basis and work with the business and broader HR team to develop a better understanding of reward and governance processes and methodologies with an emphasis on risk standards and controls.
Support the Remuneration Committee (RemCo) as required, providing insights in support of data driven business decisions.
Partner with other HR Centres of Excellence (COE) on ad-hoc projects to deliver effective reward solutions in the Employee life cycle (recruitment, promotion, mobility and the provision of termination payments to support the Bank¿s Voluntary Severance Scheme).
Actively seek out opportunities to communicate the total employee value proposition internally through a variety of events and communication initiatives, and the development and delivery of reward employee communication collateral.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years¿ experience of Reward experience, preferably in regulated financial services
Ability to deliver on time, and to tight timeframes while handling conflicting priorities
Highly numerical and meticulous in detail with a clear focus on quality with ability to spot anomalies and investigate them
Ability to work on own initiative with high standards and a continuous improvement attitude.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience of researching and analysing data
Strong communication and influencing skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and proficient in PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook)
This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract role based in Permanent TSB’s Head Office in St Stephen¿s Green, Dublin, IE (Hybrid Option Available within Republic Of Ireland)
