Duration: 6-9 months (subject to extension)
Working Location: Central
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Purpose

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to foster a strong people culture, towards organisation effectiveness through implementing a series of organisational and manpower capability development initiatives. Be involved in the planning and development of these initiatives.

Job Duties

• Partner and engage stakeholders to coordinate and execute organisational wide core programmes such as on the employees’ onboarding program Partner with stakeholders to manage and execute activities in the eLearning platform to ensure content validity and effectiveness in meeting learning needs.
• Assists in development and implementation of Career Development and Management framework and processes
• Assist in managing Foundation’s sponsorship programme to enable professional development
• Assist in the planning and managing of the HR Network, coordinating and executing the planned activities to inculcate self-directed learning among the HR professionals in the community care sector
• Review polices and process to ensure alignment with current market practices and organisational needs
• Regular monitoring and effective reporting to Management on relevant matrixes
• Support ad-hoc projects/cross covering for team members or co-lead in departmental projects assigned by Managers/HOD

Requirements

• Degree in Business / Human Resource or equivalent
• At least 2 – 4 years of experience in human resource.  Preferably with some experience in talent development or organizational development sphere
• Proficient in MS applications and analysis and reporting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Passionate about building capabilities in others
• Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and resourceful team player
• Good project management skills.
