Personal Physician Care is a large primary care medical practice located in Delray Beach, Florida. We are looking to hire a full-time front office medical receptionist. If you are reliable and dedicated and looking for a place to grow – PPC is the right place for you.

We are open Monday – Friday (8 am – 5 pm)

NO experience is needed it.

Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Insurance verification
• Check patients in
• Co-payment and deductible assessment and collection
• Confirming Appointments
• EMR utilization
• Assist providers and co-workers as needed
• Ensure waiting rooms are always clean and presentable
• Always greet patients warmly and remain calm in stressful situations

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to always communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• A firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
• Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures
• Must be able to always maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual (English Spanish), preferably
