KPMG is currently seeking a Digital Adoption Lead to join our Digital Nexus organization.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of WalkMe DAP within the enterprise technology stack by consulting with business and IT stakeholders on the tools, best practices, analysis, and innovation needed to maximize adoption
Train new DAP builders and DAP project managers on how to scope requirements, define outcomes, implement solutions across web/desktop/mobile, and measure KPIs
Conduct quality assurance testing, builder audits, and provide troubleshooting support
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, consulting on how to manage scope and maximize the adoption of the WalkMe functionality
Communicate project/portfolio/program roadblocks and resolutions to Enterprise CoE team members as well as to vendor partners
Analyze insights provided by the DAP to proactively identify target areas for solution enhancement and act as a trusted expert and advisor
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience and strong understanding of web design and UX principles
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript (jQuery) experience is a strong advantage; WalkMe experience is preferred, although experience with other DP providers such as Whatfix, Pendo, Toonimo and UserLane will be considered; experience collaborating cross-functionally to create alignment and support; knowledge of organizational change management, copywriting, learning, and development is a plus
Ability to understand technical possibilities and limitations of DAP and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences; result-oriented and client-service oriented mindset with keen attention to detail
Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
