POSITION SUMMARY:

The Order and Data Entry Associate is responsible for the data and order entry provided by our customers.

This is a seasonal position through December 2022.

This is NOT a work from home position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITIES:

• Responsible for entry of customer orders from multiple sources
• Process requests for returns, credits and cancellations
• Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications
• Refer unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
• Post customer comments internally and perform customer follow-up if necessary
• Meet and exceed our order entry metrics, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
• Perform additional Customer Service-related tasks as needed
• Other projects as necessary

Requirements:

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Fast typing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Effective address customer queries, and concerns and ensure they result in a positive experience for our clients
• Understanding of policies and procedures for order entry and order expediting
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• You must me punctual and reliable

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• Order entry and/or data entry experience
• Direct customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• College Degree in communications or Business Administration Preferred
