We’re seeking a dedicated Scheduler for our Salon who is eager to answer phone calls, create appointments, and manage the schedules of up to five groomers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for communicating with clients on a daily basis, maintaining appointment records, and strategically arranging bookings up to six months in advance. You’ll also have the chance to order supplies, develop exciting new products, and contribute to the growth of our brand.

As part of our team, you’ll receive top-notch training and support to ensure your success. We’re looking for individuals with excellent organization skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Additionally, experience with MoeGo scheduling software is a plus.

• Grooming knowledge of dogs or knowledge of dog breeds
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
