What You Will Achieve

Your strong communication and collaboration skills will help the administrative team to run its operations efficiently. You will focus primarily on supporting business operations by providing administrative support independently as well within a team environment.

As part of the administrative support team, in addition to supporting daily activities you will also have opportunities to participate in special projects and process improvements when applicable. You will leverage your experience and organizational to make decisions and ensure that communication between departments and teams is seamless.

How You Will Achieve It

• Lead and support project implementations.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to teams.
• Support implementation of promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Conduct data mining exercise and analyze market intelligence to update knowledge.
• Implement and execute channel specific trade or consumer programs with marketing and sales.
• Update key performance index by utilizing multiple data sources.
• Analyze secondary data and support business case development.
• Demonstrate sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budget.
• Coordinate trainings for new users, managers, report generators etc.
• Work cross-functionally to plan and execute effectively and prioritize workflows.
• Maintain high level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Manage own time, professional development and assume accountability for your results.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years’ experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite

Nice-to-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
