There are currently one US and one Mexico DCs and planning to open a new USA based DC by Q1 2022. This role will play a key part in our existing and future expansion plans.This role reports to the COO and works closely with the Directors of Supply Chain and DC managers to optimize the material flow and cost from suppliers all the way through to final distribution to the customer. The successful candidate will have a proven record of process improvements, managing high growth, improving customer service and managing costs.Functional DescriptionCoordinates the efficient movement of product. Manage, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Manages contractual relationships with freight carriers, 3 PLs and other suppliers. Interfaces with the greater supply chain and commercial functions to assure service levels, turnaround time and cost goals are met.Functional/Business Knowledge:
