Your ‘day to day’ In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will report to the Manager Operations Customer Service and will be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards and the smooth logistical operations in the Singapore market.
Your accountabilities include:
Plan and make recommendations on the duty paid stock level. Execute daily excise payment to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Manage and take necessary correction actions on all consumer feedback on products and quality.
Identify opportunities and joint initiatives to improve overall service level and costs to key customers and stakeholders.
