Physicians Rehab Solution is seeking a qualified, Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our operations team as a Regional Vice President of Operations. This position is responsible for the clinical aspects of day-to-day operations for our national company in a physical and occupational therapy environment. This will require national clinical oversight with 85% travel required.

Position Summary
Regional Vice President of Operations is a highly skilled outpatient physical or occupational therapist demonstrating superior leadership qualities, who is knowledgeable in all aspects of all physical and occupational therapy management and clinical operations. Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and communicate with all members of a physician practice and Physicians Rehab Solution (PRS) operations team.
This position will comprehensively oversee clinics both clinically and financially, train and mentor Clinic Director(s) on all aspects of clinic operations, PRS expectations, and policies/procedures. Oversee Clinical Staff with training/development and compliance with operating procedures. Develop and maintain relationships that reflect the value-add to clients, doctors, and administrators. Cultivate a relationship with clinic administrators and physicians, in a systematic, consistent approach involving; financial review, clinical key indicators, growth opportunities, community presence, and outreach development.
Initiate Clinic start-ups and ensure all components from space design, equipment procurement, recruitment, training of all personnel, develop strategic plan and physician interviews.
This position will be tasked with the growth, recruitment, and development of a wide geographical area, covering multiple states resulting in required travel.
This position will require daily, weekly, monthly dialogue and analytical discussions pertaining to clinic metrics, staffing, physician relationships, employee relations, and strategic planning with the operations team.
This individual will be a decisive and dynamic therapist and leader who can build and develop effective teams, hold people accountable for results and positively affect behavior in others to achieve high performance and personal satisfaction.
This position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and will serve as a member of the operations team.
Position Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervision of assigned/designated clinics and staff.
