The innovation Health model brings the latest in healthcare to meet the patients needs with IT integration, flexible appointment times, comprehensive services but also for GP’s with different ways in which to ‘see’ their patients, and nursing support around the clock. There are a number of Allied Health professionals that are also on our team including Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and other Allied Health & Specialist services. We have a number of new GP’s joining us in the coming months, and a growing patient base.

We pride our self on practice culture and providing accessible healthcare services to patients in the community, with extended opening hours of 7am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, and consulting hours across the weekend too!

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. 

As a physiotherapist at innovate Health Albury, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical health. 

Your responsibilities will include assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing treatment plans tailored to patient needs, and implementing therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote mobility, strength, and pain relief.

This role will deliver quality physiotherapy services, both in hours and during the afterhours, across a roster that is flexible depending on your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients’ goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Able to provide afterhours physio care to patients of the practice

Qualifications:

• Current qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Proven experience as a physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and achieving positive patient outcomes.
